Welcome to OTC Sports! Here are answers to some frequently asked questions to help you navigate our processes smoothly.
Q: I did not receive an email to approve my child's roster. How do I approve them?
- Visit offthecrosssports.com.
 - Create a login using the same email address your team admin used for your player.
 - Click on 'Profile' in the website header.
 - Click 'Approve' next to your player's name.
 - Complete the roster approval process.

Q: How do I submit a schedule request?
- Note: Schedule requests are only accepted through the website, and none are taken after the Sunday before the event's start.

 - Click on the event title.
 - From the event menu, select 'Schedule Request' and submit.
 - Requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
 - Requests are primarily for teams needing specific times to field 9 players.
 - Submitting a request voids matchups, and you'll play against teams with similar requests.
 - Any requests texted, emailed, or submitted in any way other than through the Schedule Request tab on the event page will not be accepted.
 - If the Schedule Request tab is not showing, scheduling has started and requests are no longer accepted.
 - Note: This is a request, not a guarantee.

Q: How do I get on the Waiting List?
- Register for an event as usual, and the site will guide you to the waiting list. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Do I need Team Insurance for my team to play?
- All teams must upload their Insurance Policy in their Team Dugout before playing OTC Sports.

- Login to your Team Dugout.
 - Click 'Insurance' in your profile.
 - Upload your policy.
 - Tip: Teams needing insurance can find competitive rates by selecting 'Insurance' in the menu.

Q: Why are some players on my roster in my Team Dugout showing as pending?
- Players marked as 'PENDING' are awaiting parental waiver approval. Once signed, they change to 'APPROVED.' Only approved players appear on the official roster.

Q: How do we know all event details when playing with OTC?
- Post bracket publication (no later than 5 pm on Wednesdays), an Event Email will detail everything. The Team Admin email receives it. If missed, contact us.

Q: Why on some roster ages do I see a player's age listed as older than the rest of the players?
- These players are Grade-Based. For full clarity, check the rules section and view article #3.

Q: How do I remove my team from a scheduled event?
- Email us, and we will remove you. otcsportsceo@gmail.com
